The waste water treatment and recycle system was set up in 2001 at NCTU for treating the waste water discharged from the sanitary sewer and laboratory drainage systems and recycling part of treated water used in toilet. The average inflow of sanitary waste water in biological treatment system is about 500CMD, the inflow rate of the laboratory waste water in chemical treatment system is about 50 CMD, and the recycle water is about 30 CMD.
